Research and development (R&D) is the engine of innovation and the source of new ideas. It is widely recognized as a key factor in the industrial and economic growth of all countries. Today, R&D holds a prominent position worldwide, with industrialized nations allocating a significant portion of their income to it. This is because all innovations and strategic goals stem from R&D, which plays a vital role in enhancing the performance and progress of the entire organization.

Some of the R&D Achievements Since 2023 2023

1. Implementation and certification of ISO 10002

ISO 10002 is an international standard focused on the effective management of customer complaints, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction.

2. Obtaining the CE Certification

The purpose of the European CE certification is to demonstrate and prove that the product complies with European safety standards.

3. Customer Warranty System

The Customer Warranty System is an automated warranty activation platform.
When customers submit their warranty code, their warranty is automatically activated for a period of 8 years.

4. Installer Management System

Identification of Dastgireh Iran installers and rating system implementation

5. Design and production of leather handles

Research was conducted to design and select the type of leather, and the leather used was entirely handcrafted and produced with exceptional quality.

6. National Door Handle Design Competition

The National Door Handle Design Competition, the first competition held by Dastgireh Iran, took place in 2024.
More than 250 designs were submitted.
The judging and selection of the top designs and winners were conducted with the presence of judges and representatives. After hours of review and analysis, the results were determined according to the standards and criteria set for the competition.

After the review and finalization of the results, the date for the National Exhibition, announcement of results, and award ceremony was set.
The event took place on Wednesday, February 27th, with the presence of designers, architects, participants, esteemed judges, and representatives from Dastgireh Iran.
During the exhibition, the top 40 works were showcased, and four winners were announced.
